The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and have a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions for their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on insurance products and solutions
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings with clients
• Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for helping clients and providing exceptional customer service
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
